


Ensure that the system is shut down and locked out.

Install bracing to support the vertical stack in three locations. (1 location left to brace).

Remove overpressure downpipes and other obstacles that are removable.

Remove the flexible connections between the fans and the fan outlets on the manifold.

Trim off the fan outlets on the manifold with the plasma cutter for easy removal.

Remove horizontal exhaust transfer and base of ash arrestor.

Use the plasma cutter to cut off vertical stack from CO2 manifold at the required location. (200mm above the CO2 manifold)

Perform a second cut on the lower side of the stack to create space for removal.

Raise the CO2 manifold with pallet jacks slightly to remove bottom carry braces.

Carefully remove the CO2 manifold into the open space.

Remove the incline delivery conveyor, waste conveyor and inspection platform from the Aweta machine to create required space.

Remove old CO2 manifold to outdoors.

Remove old braces for the CO2 manifold and prepare the area for the new manifold install including new braces to be installed once the new manifold is in place.

Prepare new CO2 manifold for install by trimming back fan outlets with the plasma cutter.

Utilize the space created by the removal of the CO2 manifold to transport the new condenser manifold, the boiler 13 flue gas transfers and the boiler 13 condensers to this location in the boiler shed.

Re-install the packing systems that were removed for the CO2 manifold removal and transport of components.
