MANUAL MODE:

When working on blue conveyors the trolley cart for any reason (i.e., fixing twisted stacks), press white button on control panel to enter manual mode. This ensures the blue belts don’t start up on its own or trolley cart doesn’t move whilst standing on the blue conveyors.

Note: The person who puts the Trolley cart in manual is the only one who can place it back in automatic.

MANUAL MODE:

Manual mode can also be activated from outside the trolley cart

WARNING LIGHTS:

Both orange warning lights flashing indicate the trolley car is moving toward you.

STACK LOAD/UNLOAD:

When stacks are being loaded/unloaded, orange light will flash in the direction the blue conveyors are travelling.

STACK LOAD/UNLOAD:

When stacks are being loaded/unloaded, orange light will flash in the direction the blue conveyors are travelling.

WARNING LIGHTS:

Both lights dimmed indicate the trolley car is moving away from you.

Both red lights will illuminate when trolley car is stopping.

TROLLEY CAR STOPPED:

Both orange lights alternating indicate the trolley car has stopped.
