Ensure to use soft seal when drilling.
Torque Values
Place the spacers in the tie-down point areas.
Fit the low-profile bar to the ground using an M8 x 35mm hex head bolt with an M8 spring washer and an M8 flat head washer.
X4
Tighten the low-profile bar to the floor.
Copy the steps for the low-pro bar in the middle of the van.
Use a forklift if possible to lift the single drawer into the back of the van.
Ensure the drawers are centred. Front and rear measurements will differ.
Measure to find the centre of the low profile bar.
Use the measurement from the low-profile bar to measure where to drill the hole inside the drawer carcass.
Mark out before drilling.
Using a 4mm drill bit, drill a pilot hole.
Then, using an 8.5mm drill bit drill the hole out.
Slide the channel nut underneath to where the hole has been drilled.
Insert an M8 x 30mm hex head bolt with an M8 spring washer and a flat head washer.
Tighten to spec.
The front of the drawer uses the standard hole as shown. Place a channel nut in the low-profile bar.
Use M8 x 30mm hex head bolt with an M8 spring washer and a flat head washer. Then tighten.
