Knowby's Team feature includes this functionality in the next release, enabling the restriction of sensitive information to specific teams or individuals.

Knowby's Team feature includes this functionality in the next release, enabling the creation of teams of users matching a specific profile and assignment of members and knowbys to those teams.

Knowby can work with you to understand your requirements and create an additional field to enable the assignment of a training validity period.

Views are available with Knowby details - additional functionality is included in our upcoming Analytics Dashboard feature. A custom report can be emailed out to administrators on a periodic basis highlighting the number of times each knowby has been viewed.

Knowby has extensive event logging available, we can work with you to understand your requirements and create a custom report for your needs.
4.7 Ability to assign an owner to an SOP or category.
The owner of a knowby is the Editor, this can be changed as required.
