Note: We would like to inform end-users about the standard cleaning procedures for the different optical components of our sensors. Improper cleaning technique and/or material can result in damage to optical elements and optical coatings.

Note: A contaminated optical component such as lenses, cover glasses, filters and windows can significantly reduce optical sensitivity, image sharpness and avoid "Abnormal reflections" from the LiDAR Unit. Keeping the optical elements clean is key to extending the life and quality of the optical elements.

<p><strong>⚠️ IMPORTANT:</strong> Wash hands thoroughly before cleaning optical elements. Clean hands minimise the potential for transferring skin oils to the optical surfaces during cleaning.</p>

Apply few drops of cleaning solvents to the folded edge of the tissue.

Clean the optic with wet folded edge. Use light pressure and a circular motion.

Clean the optic with moistened swab. Use light pressure and clean slow and steady with a circular motion.
