OP203 Check-in Instrustions (Live)

Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay with us! You will be staying at 47 Cordelia St, South Brisbane; Unit 203 on Level 2. Check-in is 3PM – 8PM *Early check-in / late check-out is possible when enquired in advance; payment applies.

You will be collecting keys @ Teaology Lab on 102/125 Melbourne St, South Brisbane (5-min walk).

Please let the counter know the name on the booking and your unit number.

Parking entrance is just after the cafe downstairs.

Step 4 of 16

Swipe your fob at the sensor on the right, and the doors will open. Keep driving down.

Your parking spot is 135 on Level B3.

Rooftop (6AM - 10PM) * keys needed to access.

Rubbish Chute is on the right side of the lifts on each level.

A few of my fav treats around the flat: Teaology Lab (awesome bubble tea), Lune (for croissants), Messina (top ice cream; you can see the line up at nights), Julius (absolute delicious woodfire pizza).

You can use the intercom to let someone up to level 2. They can press the lift without needing the fob, if you have just let them into the front entrance via intercom.

No glass near the pool area, or the reception lady/gent will chase after you/me.

Our usual check-out time is 10AM. No chores list. :)

Please turn off all air con and lights before you leave; make sure to move your vehicle out first BEFORE returning the keys.

Please leave the keys inside the room for check out. Lock the door behind you. • You don’t need a key to exit the building via ground floor.
