Create an artboard at 10% of the banner size

Copy the artwork to the new artboard and scale to the required size

Using rulers create a 50mm wide border around the outside

1. Place a ruler on the edge of the artboard
2. Place a second ruler inside the first
3. Distribute spacing from the first ruler by 50mm (0.5cm @ 10%)
4. Group the two rulers
5. Repeat this process on all sides

Draw a 3mm (0.03cm @ 10%) Pink Circle

Centre the circle between the vertical rulers and the horizontal rulers in the top left corner

Repeat this in each corner

Duplicate the circle in the top left multiple times spacing them roughly every 500mm (5cm @ 10%) stopping before the circle in the other corner

Using Vertical Distribute Spacing space out the dots every 500mm (5cm @ 10%).

Delete any that go past the circle in the other corner. Don't delete the circle placed in step 5.

Select all the circles on the edge you're working with and Vertically Distribute the spacing and group together.

Create a duplicate of the row and centre in the middle of the rulers on the other edge of the artboard.

Repeat Steps 6-9 for the remaining edges

Add a Light Grey crop mark in each corner.

C - 0

M - 0

Y - 0

K - 60

Save the File:

File > Save As (Contol + Shift + S)

Open the production artwork folder (SIT01NAS01 > Production > Artwork)

Find Customer Folder

Name as "Artwork Code" Customer Name"

Set Save As Type To PDF

Save

Then, save it again in Illustrator.
