Tools Required:

• 2 x large C clamps 
•  Wire Cutters 
• Phillips head screwdriver medium
•  Hex head tool, 4mm
• Green masking tape
• Verneir calipers
• Drill
• Drill Bits
• 8mm and 6.7mm

Parts:

• Canopy Doors
• Latches
• Rubber Seal

Get an 8mm Drill Bit.

Enlarge all holes in hinges.

Blow off hinges and table.

Find correct latch type for job. Lay them out, do them all at the same time.

BC = Black with Chrome Handle BB = Black with Black Handle C = Chrome with Chrome Handle

Use 13mm socket to remove original catch from latches.

Find catch with a small scoop on end. This is the canopy specific catch.

Part #: 300-216

Remove original catch, fit new catch.

Tighten nut using 13mm socket.

Remove striker from original catch, refit to new catch. 4mm hex head tool

Flatten boxes and put in cardboard bin

Put foam or blanket onto table.

Put door onto table.

Add hinge, centre it, clamp with C clamps.

Use clamp to open hinge, insert spacer to keep hinge held open wider.

Get 6.7mm Drill Bit.

Drill centre hole using 6.7mm Drill Bit.

Orlock will now go in.

Flip over to ensure there is no gap between hinge and door.

Use verniers to find correct length Orlock. 24.6mm.
