

Use two No LEDs and one Blue LED switch. Then, remove lock Nut from LEDs and attach black rubber washer on each switch.Position the Blue-LED switch between the two No LED switch as shown in the photo. Finish by Reattaching lock nuts and tighten them.

Grab LCD and Prepare the Screen Braces1,2 (different sizes).Apply red double-sided tape to the braces. Carefully peel off the LCD cover and ensure no fingerprints or dust are left on the screen or glass.

Align the LCD in the correct position on the front case as shown in the photo. Then, remove the backing from prep brace 1 and brace 2, position and secure them in the correct spots( diferents sizes).Secure them Using M5 x 8 socket cap screws (SS).

Take the PCB TOFT-ELEC-P1050.Install 4 brass standoffs in the designated locations. Mount the PCB onto the standoffs and connect the yellow display (highlighted in green). Secure PCB with M3 x 6 socket button screws (SS). Apply threadlocker to screws and tighten them securely.

Get one internal connector cable and select these colours: Red (use the red label with yellow plastic), Black, Brown, Blue, White, Green, Pink, Orange, Yellow, and Grey. For Purple and Red, bend and secure with tape. If it needed, adjust the length to 14 cm (included the Body)

Wire them to the board connector, following the colour scheme shown in the photo. (Please double- or triple-check the connections, as errors may affect the monitor's functionality).

If needed, adjust the length of each LED switch to 11cm and connect them according to the colour scheme in the photo.(Please double- or triple-check the connections, as errors may affect the monitor's functionality).

Connect the TF Microcontroller, ensuring it has been flashed with the latest software beforehand.
Ensure everything is in place and correctly connected. Use hot glue to prevent any loose wires. Once secured, power on the system to verify all components are functioning properly before glue.
