Using a Philips screwdriver, undo the retainer clip slowly to ensure you do not break it.

Remove the clip and fill the hole with silicone.

Place the body of the clip back in

Fill the clip body with silicone and push the screw back in.

Clean up the excess sillicone

Repeat this process to each of the retainer clips.
