Stack the pallet with the following configurations

40 boxes, 16.

What we will do is temperature check the product. It must be under 3 degrees

We compare the box label with the bar code label that we have printed off to make sure it matches 

If the label information is the same (matches) we then place the bar code label on the box

Make sure our numbers and information are correct.

Ensure that the temperature is below 3 degree.

If within range, remove the thermometer and perform the same task process for the pallet below

Place thermometer into the box then place on barcode label onto the box

Check temperature and if correct, the pallet is ready to be transported to NSW
