Review the panel schedule & choose correct size pallet to hold the longest lengths.

Aluminium lengths are slippery & unstable. Screw minimun two stabilising boards to edge of pallet.

Step 3 of 6
Stabilising boards will need to be screwed to both sides to ensure a stable load.

Step 4 of 6
Using the individual shop drawings, cut the lengths required for each panel. When cut these are taped together and stacked on the pallet.

Step 5 of 6
Ensure that individual drawings of each panel are kept with the cut lengths to help the team identify which panel the lengths belong to.

Step 6 of 6
When pallet is full ensure that the load is secured using pallet wrapping & correctly labelled with batch code. This can then be stored for the joinery team.
