<p>Aluminium lengths are slippery &amp; unstable. Screw minimun two stabilising boards to edge of pallet.</p>

<p>Stabilising boards will need to be screwed to both sides to ensure a stable load.</p>

<p>Using the individual shop drawings,  cut the lengths required for each panel. When cut these are taped together and stacked on the pallet.</p>

<p>Ensure that individual drawings of each panel are kept with the cut lengths to help the team identify which panel the lengths belong to.</p>

<p>When pallet is full ensure that the load is secured using pallet wrapping &amp; correctly labelled with batch code. This can then be stored for the joinery team.</p>
