Empty Prefeeder Conveyor:
Use control panel to reverse board from pre-feeder conveyor onto the Ascor belts.

Step 2 of 6Align Red Arrows:
Use the Up-down switch on control panel to align red arrows as shown

Step 3 of 6Switch Off Feeder Table Motors:
Turn interlock key to off position.
Remove the key and place it on your wrist

Step 4 of 6Engage Table Locking Pins:
Turn and push the table safety locking pins into place as shown.

Step 5 of 6Raise the Safety Stands:
Raise the table safety stands ensuring they are aligned with table frame as shown.

Step 6 of 6LOTO Locking Pins and Safety Stands:
Use chains to LOTO stands to ensure stands cannot fall and locking pins cannot be disengaged during work.
