Identify the engine bay wiring harness.

Remove the insulation tape near the super seal connectors.

Remove the corrugated split sleeve from the shorter connector branch (brown/black wires).

Cut each wire (brown/black) as close to the connector as possible.

Strip approximately 8mm from each wire.

Install female bullet terminals to each wire. Firmly compress the connector to ensure a secure connection.

Wrap the corrugated sleeve in insulation tape to ensure the wires stay protected.

Identify the accessory wiring harness.

Peel back the corrugated sleeving from the longer connector branch (brown/black wires).

Cut each wire (brown/black) as close to the connector as possible.

Strip approximately 8mm from each wire.

Install male bullet terminals to each wire. Firmly compress the connector to ensure a secure connection.

Feed the corrugated sleeve back over the wires to ensure they stay protected.
