Charging your EV with AMPCHARGE

How to approach and use the AMPCHARGE charging station.

Approach the charging station front end of car towards the charging station.

Step 3 of 10

Open the charging door by pushing on it, then remove the charging port cover.

Step 4 of 10

Take hold of the charging cable handle, remove the cap and insert the handle into the charging port on the car.

Step 5 of 10

When the cable is connected correctly the top green light will flash to indicate the car is charging.

Step 6 of 10

On the dash of the car you can see the level of charging and how long it will take to complete charging.

Step 7 of 10

Once charging has been completed or you are ready to disconnect the car from the charging cable, head to the front of the car.

Step 8 of 10

To remove the charging cable ensure the car is turned off, push the unlock button on the car key remote and then pull the cable handle away from the charging port.

Put the cap back in place and close the charging port door.

Remember to coil the charging cable in a clockwise direction and leave it neat and tidy for the next person.
