How to replace Load-Lid Side Latch Mechanisms
For Part Numbers: LLSLASM-RH and LLSLASM-LH

Tools Required:

  • 4mm Allen Key (or impact driver)

  • 10mm Spanner

  • Sealer

Remove Lock Cover by undoing the 4 x M6 Bolts

Unclip the locking rods

Unbolt the side latch assembly

Step 5 of 10

Remove the side latch assembly

Step 6 of 10

Seal around the bolt holes using a sealant and place the latch into place.

Step 7 of 10

Reinstall the bolts and clean up any excess sealer

Clip the rods back into place

Step 9 of 10

Re-install the lock cover.
