<h1>Pre-assembly</h1><p>Remove the protective plastic from the following.</p><p>NOTE- Do NOT use a blade to cut the plastic, use a copper knife or peel the plastic by hand.</p><ul><li>Inner back wall&nbsp;</li><li>Porthole</li><li>Sensor bracket &amp; mounting location</li><li>Fan cover ( Mounting hole &amp; side )</li></ul>

Pre-assembly

Remove the protective plastic from the following.

NOTE- Do NOT use a blade to cut the plastic, use a copper knife or peel the plastic by hand.

  • Inner back wall 
  • Porthole
  • Sensor bracket & mounting location
  • Fan cover ( Mounting hole & side )

<h1>Sensor Bracket Sub-Assembly</h1><ol><li>Cut a piece of silicone hose (Approximately 10mm)</li><li>Slide the silicone hose behind the head of the sensor.</li><li>Place the sensor onto the bracket, then fold the tabs over the silicone hose. Making sure it's a snug fit (do not crush the bracket as it will damage the sensor cable)</li></ol><p><br></p>

Sensor Bracket Sub-Assembly

  1. Cut a piece of silicone hose (Approximately 10mm)
  2. Slide the silicone hose behind the head of the sensor.
  3. Place the sensor onto the bracket, then fold the tabs over the silicone hose. Making sure it's a snug fit (do not crush the bracket as it will damage the sensor cable)

<h1><span>Sensor Bracket Sub-Assembly</span></h1><p><br></p><ol><li>Install the rubber grommet onto the back panel of the incubator.</li><li>Feed the sensor wire through the rubber grommet.</li><li><p>Mount the sensor bracket to the back panel with&nbsp;<strong>Part Number 21204A.</strong></p></li></ol><blockquote><p>⚠The sensor head must not touch the bracket. If it does it will cause the sensor to read incorrectly.<br></p></blockquote>

Sensor Bracket Sub-Assembly


  1. Install the rubber grommet onto the back panel of the incubator.
  2. Feed the sensor wire through the rubber grommet.
  3. Mount the sensor bracket to the back panel with Part Number 21204A.

⚠The sensor head must not touch the bracket. If it does it will cause the sensor to read incorrectly.

<h1>Heater Pads</h1><p>Follow the heater pad diagram for the specific incubator. </p><p>Stick the heater pads onto the&nbsp;stainless inner liner.<br></p><blockquote><p><span>⚠ Careful not to cover the porthole with the heater pad<br></span></p></blockquote><ul><li><span>Use&nbsp;filament tape to secure the wires to the body.&nbsp;Run the heater pad wires along the back of the inner liner. Meeting in the middle under the electrical board mounting location.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>For the bottom heater pad, run the wires through the rubber grommets supplied in the parts basket.&nbsp;</span></li></ul>

Heater Pads

Follow the heater pad diagram for the specific incubator.

Stick the heater pads onto the stainless inner liner.

⚠ Careful not to cover the porthole with the heater pad

  • Use filament tape to secure the wires to the body. Run the heater pad wires along the back of the inner liner. Meeting in the middle under the electrical board mounting location. 
  • For the bottom heater pad, run the wires through the rubber grommets supplied in the parts basket.

<h1>Fan Sub-Assembly</h1><p><br></p><ol><li>Fasten the quick connect with a cable tie using the mounting hole on the fan body.</li><li>Terminate the fan wires into a quick connect. Along with a 1mm earth wire.</li></ol><p>NOTE: The earth wire needs to be long enough to reach one of the fan mounting holes.</p><blockquote><p>Note: The earth wire is to be placed into the middle (yellow) quick connect.</p></blockquote><p><br></p>

Fan Sub-Assembly


  1. Fasten the quick connect with a cable tie using the mounting hole on the fan body.
  2. Terminate the fan wires into a quick connect. Along with a 1mm earth wire.

NOTE: The earth wire needs to be long enough to reach one of the fan mounting holes.

Note: The earth wire is to be placed into the middle (yellow) quick connect.

Fan Sub-Assembly


  1. Mount the fan to the panel with the label facing up. 
  2. Screw, Star washer, Nyloc nut. Part Number 21212A, 21210A and 41204A

<h1><span>Door Assembly</span></h1><ol><li><div>Remove the stainless cover from back of the door.</div></li><li><div><span>Fit the plastic handle onto the outside of the door, and use a small amount of silicone on the inside to secure it.</span><br></div></li></ol><div><span><br></span></div>

<h1><span>Door Assembly</span></h1><ol><li><span><span>Fit the insulation into the door.</span><br></span></li><li><span>Cut &amp; remove the insulation around the handle, and cut the removed insulation in half to make it thinner.</span><br></li><li><span><p><span>Place one half of the thinner&nbsp;Insulation you cut back over the handle and discard the rest.</span></p></span></li></ol><blockquote><p>Remove the protective plastic from the inner edges of the door and the inner stainless back before the next step.<br></p></blockquote>

Door Assembly

  1. Fit the insulation into the door.
  2. Cut & remove the insulation around the handle, and cut the removed insulation in half to make it thinner.
  3. Place one half of the thinner Insulation you cut back over the handle and discard the rest.

Remove the protective plastic from the inner edges of the door and the inner stainless back before the next step.

<h1><span>Door Assembly Gasket</span></h1><ol><li><span>Place the door gasket over &amp; around the door.</span></li><li><span>Followed by taking the lip of the gasket &amp; folding the gasket under the metal on the door frame. Continue all the way around.</span></li><li><span>Slide the stainless door panel under the gasket.<br></span></li></ol><p><br></p>

  1. Place the door gasket over & around the door.
  2. Followed by taking the lip of the gasket & folding the gasket under the metal on the door frame. Continue all the way around.
  3. Slide the stainless door panel under the gasket.

<h1><span>Door Assembly Gasket</span></h1><ol><li><span>Using the pre-drilled holes, use the rivet gun and push the rivets (Part 22202) through the gasket.&nbsp;<br></span></li></ol><blockquote><p>NOTE: Take care when using the rivet gun not to pinch gasket.</p></blockquote>

<h1>Control Panel</h1><p>Place a torch behind the control panel to help centre the label. Stick the label on and cut out the holes.</p><p>NOTE: The label must be straight</p><blockquote><p></p><ul><li>Use a sharp blade to cut the hole.</li><li>Use soapy water on the cutout location of the label.<br><br><br></li></ul></blockquote><p></p>

<ol><li>Place the insulation into the body.</li><li>&nbsp;The back wall insulation is recommended to be cut thinner.</li><li>Using a packing blanket or foam, carefully lay the incubator body on its back.</li></ol>

<ol><li><p>Slide the stainless liner into the incubator body.</p></li><li><p>Followed by clamping the bottom of the stainless liner down onto the body. The stainless liner should sit flat on the incubator body.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the Plastic Porthole lines up with the body &amp; liner before fixing the liner to the body</p></li><li><p>Using a 3.2mm(#30)&nbsp;drill bit, use&nbsp;the pre-drilled holes in the stainless liner, drill into the body.&nbsp;Using rivet (Part:22202) to fasten the&nbsp;liner to the body.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></li></ol><p></p>
  1. Slide the stainless liner into the incubator body.

  2. Followed by clamping the bottom of the stainless liner down onto the body. The stainless liner should sit flat on the incubator body.

  3. Ensure the Plastic Porthole lines up with the body & liner before fixing the liner to the body

  4. Using a 3.2mm(#30) drill bit, use the pre-drilled holes in the stainless liner, drill into the body. Using rivet (Part:22202) to fasten the liner to the body.

<ol><li>Using Screws (Part 21305B)&nbsp;fit the door hinges to the door.&nbsp;</li><li>Followed by mounting the door to the body.&nbsp;</li></ol><blockquote><p>The door &amp; incubator will have 5m nutserts installed, to help with mounting the door in the correct location.</p></blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p>
  1. Using Screws (Part 21305B) fit the door hinges to the door. 
  2. Followed by mounting the door to the body.

<ol><li>Fit the rubber grommets to the top of the incubator liner.</li><li>Before fitting the back panel, push the sensor cable through the small grommet at the front. Leaving enough wire slack to mount the back panel.</li><li>Attach the back panel using screws (<strong>Part 21208A)</strong></li></ol>
