Begin by riviting the supports on to the back of the side frame using x2 aluminium rivets. Do this to the other side frame.
Bolt on the side supports on to the side frames using x3 M6x16 zinc button heads, nylocs and fasten. Once again, repeat this on the other side frame.
Bolt the x2 panels on to the side frame with the panel sitting on top of the frame like so. Use zinc M8x16's, nylocs & fasten. Try and make sure that the panel is square to the frame.
Insert M5x16 buttons heads into the rubber buffers and place them into the side frame like so. Fasten nylocs on and tighten. Repeat process on the other side frame and fasten the panels to create the main frame. Your fridge slide should look something like this.
Take your middle frame and and ensure that the front is facing towards you. You can tell as the slot in the frame is at the front. Begin countersinking the two front holes big enough to fit a M6 countunk bolt in there. Take your outer slides and fasten them to the middle frame using zinc M6x16 button heads & nylocs.
Ensure that the tabs at the front of slides are facing up and the nylocs are facing out of the frame. Fasten a gas strut bolt to both sides of the main frame with an M8 zinc nyloc. Ensure the gas strut bolt is facing outwards.
Take top frame and have the front facing towards you. This is indicated by the arrows on the side. Take the inner runners and fasten them on using M6x12 countersunk bolts & nylocs. Make sure that the tab at the front of the slide is facing down. Ensure that the nylocs are facing in towards the frame.
Now slide the top frame into the middle frame like so.
Take x2 rubber buffers and fasten them through the slots of the top frame, down into the middle frame. Use M5x16 button heads and nylocs to fasten these.
Next take the handle and bolt them to the inner slide tabs using M5x20 button heads and nylocs.
Using a M6x16 zinc button head, nylon washer and nyloc, fasten the stopper to the top frame. Ensure that the nylon washer is inbwteen the stopper and top frame and the nyloc is facing intowards the fridge slide. Ensure it is fastened to a point where it is still easy to move to stopper.
Take x2 more gas strut bolts and M8 zinc nylocs and fasten them to the main frame, once again ensuring that the gas strut bolt is facing out. Take the rest of your fridge slide and place it on top of the main frame, sitting on the rubber buffers.
Move the slide into the main frame until the countersunk hole on the middle frame lines up with the one on the main frame. Take a M6 countersunk bolt, nylon washer and nyloc to fasten the middle frame to the main frame. Once again ensuring that the nylon washer sits inbetween the two frames.
Your fridge slide should now look like this. Take x2 200N gas struts and attached them to the gas strut bolts. Ensure that the orientation of the gas struts is the same as what is shown above. Take a clamp and compress the gas strut till it fits on to the other strut bolt. Repeat on the other side.
Your fridge slide is now complete.
