Trailcore Taillight Plate Replacement

How to replace Trailcore taillight assemblies

Step 1 of 7

Cut all necessary cable ties to unplug the 6 pin deutsch connector and free the taillight wiring loom.

Step 2 of 7

Remove the 2 SS M6x25mm hex bolts fixing the taillight plate to the bumper using a 10mm socket/spanner.

Step 3 of 7

Remove the 2 SS M6 nyloc flange nuts fixing the taillight plate to the radar housing using a 10mm socket/spanner.

Depending on model you may need to manipulate the radar bracket/housing

Step 4 of 7

Repeat steps 1-3 for the other taillight plate.

Step 5 of 7

Reinstall the new taillight plate following the reverse steps

Step 6 of 7

Re-secure wiring loom with cable ties and plug the 6 pin deutsch connector

Step 7 of 7

Check light function
