Parts Required: Kas Lock Body, Kas lock Magnet, 1 Rivet [Plain DHO 4-3], 2 Nuts and bolts M4 x 16mm [Socket Head].
Break the Kas lock body from the row.
Get the Kas lock magnet.
Attach the magnet to the Kas lock, line up the holes and place the pop rivet in the holes.
Using the pop rivet gun secure the magnet to the Kas lock.

How to install the Kas lock on both Un-Braided and Braided doors;
Using the Kas lock template: The Sheeter should place the template and mark the holes to be drilled. [Location for the template is always on the 2nd sheet from the bottom].
Pre- drill the holes with a 4mm drill bit. Seam the sheets and pass to the Braiding/Stapeling team.
Get the two nuts and bolts and line up the holes between the Kas lock and the door. Attach the Kas lock to the door and tighten the nuts finger tight. Make sure the outside edge of the magnet is flush with the edge of the door.
Using a 7mm screw socket and a 3mm hexagon screw driver, tighten the nuts until the Kas lock is secure.

Installed Kas lock.
If the door is already Braided [ie; lock installed after braiding in factory, or installed On-Site; Count 17 ribs from the bottom [including bottom rail] and place the jig on rib.
Locate jig to the edge of the door.
Remove the staple from this location.
Drill out holes, using a 4mm drill bit.
Continue from Step 9 to complete installation.
