Use a big shaker tin in order to get the most space to mix this around.

First add two ounces of pisco. 

Then 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice.

Then add half an ounce of simple syrup.

Add an egg white by using a separator like this.

You now simply shake it first without any ice in the tin. Then add ice and repeat.

Strain that into a coupe glasses.
