Responsibility:
The shed supervisor or the QA officer is responsible for final product release.

Pre-Dispatch Assessment

Dispatch Records
This section is the responsibility of admin or a senior member of the team.

Invoice Pocket & WA Customers
The white copy only of the delivery docket must be folded into three and placed in this pocket. This pocket must then be secured to the side of the pallet, along with the connote/address label.
WA Customers:
A bigger, A4 invoice pocket should be attached to the pallet as well as the smaller invoice pocket. This is for the biosecurity paperwork.
Current Western Australia customers include:
Premier Fresh
Direct Produce Distributors (DPD)
BFP/NP Supermarket
For any orders going to WA, Priscilla must be texted on 0437890050 with the following information:
Name of customer and the number of pallets to each
Date they are scheduled for dispatch
Contents of each pallet

Connote/Address Label
This should be written out with the customer's address and secured to the side of the pallet along with the invoice pocket.

Packing Slip
This is what will need to be filled out on a packing slip. When signing this bottom section, you sign off that you have inspected the pallet and completed the paperwork as per step 1 and 2.

Office Inbox
Once all steps have been completed, the yellow docket, signed packing slip & freight summary must be placed in the office inbox.
The office inbox is located to the right just inside the doorway of the front office with the wood steps.
