Drill 10 mm holes at the locations shown. Use the pre-drilled pilot holes as a guide.
Use a jack to raise the carcase up into the fitting position under the deck.
Fit the carcase to the brackets on the integrated box using the following fasteners:
M10 x 50 SS hex-head bolt (A2-70)
M10 flat washer (21 mm OD)
M10 Nyloc nut
Tighten all 4 bolts.
Remove the original bolts from the rear of the compressor at the locations shown.
Remove the original bolts from the front of the compressor at the locations shown.
Fit the rubber mounts to the front of the compressor using the following parts:
2x rubber mounts
1x M8 x 16 hex-head bolt
1x M8 x 30 hex-head bolt
Fit the rubber mounts to the rear of the compressor using the following parts:
2x rubber mounts
2x M8 x 30 hex-head bolts
Carefully lift the compressor into the carcase.
Apply Loctite 242 to the M8 x 16 hex-head bolts. Fit them through the bottom of the rubber mounts to secure the compressor to the carcase.
Secure the compressor to the carcase using:
4x Hex Head Bolt M8x16
4x M8 Heavy Washers
Tighten all 4 bolts.
