Drill 10mm holes in the location shown. there we be pre drilled pilot holes.
Jack the carcase up to the area for fitting.
Fit the carcase to the brackets on the integrated box using:
M10 x 50 SS Hex HD Bolt A2-70
Washer Flat M10x21OD
M10 Nyloc Nut
Carcase fitted loosely to integrated body.
Tighten all 4 bolts.
Remove the original bolts on the rear of the compressor as shown.
Remove the original bolts on the from of the compressor as shown.
Fit the rubber mounts to the front of the compressor using:
1x M8x16 Hex Head Bolt
1x M8x30 Hex Head Bolt
2x Rubber Mounts
Fit the rubber mounts to the rear of the compressor using:
2x M8x30 Hex Head Bolt
2x Rubber Mounts
Carefully lift the compressor into the carcase.
Prep the M8x16 hex head bolts with loctite before fitting to the bottom of the rubber mount to secure the compressor to the carcase.
Secure the compressor to the carcase using:
4x Hex Head Bolt M8x16
4x M8 Heavy Washers
Tighten all 4 bolts.
