Step 1 of 4This is the retractor for a three-point seatbelt. It's located under the cushion.

Step 2 of 4You'll find that wrappers, tickets and rubbish get pushed down the side of the cushion and they end up in the retractor here jamming it up.

Step 3 of 4Once you have removed the seat cushion you will be able to see what is jamming it.

Step 4 of 4Vacuum out any rubbish or items until this area is clean. The retractor wheel should then pull in and out freely.
