Unbolt the factory fuel neck from the vehicle chassis with a 12mm spanner/socket.

Loosen the hose clamp at the tank-end of the main fuel line using a 10mm socket.

Remove the breather hose clip using pliers.

Remove the factory fuel filler.

Cut approximately 60mm from the factory breather line to use as a joiner.

After cutting, remove any sharp edges from cut and any swarf or metal filings from inside pipe

Dispose of the factory fuel filler.

Fix the 60mm breather joiner back into the same hose using a 7mm hose clamp.

Cut and fix approximately 700mm of breather hose to the breather line using a 7mm hose clamp.

Fix the THB4 moulded fuel hose (PRT-007430) to the fuel tank using an 8mm hose clamp.

CQC: Cable tie a plastic bag over the fuel hose inlet to prevent fuel contamination.

Unplug and remove both taillights using a 12mm spanner.

Remove the reverse camera from the LHS taillight using a 10mm spanner and 10mm socket.

Place the taillights in a cardboard box on the passengers seat.

Note: This prevents damage inside the cab from sharp metal parts.
