First, ensure the preparation area is clean.
Mark the machine direction at the leading edge of the roll.
Cut 3m x 3m sample.

Step 1 of 4Ensure the preparation area is clean.
Mark the machine direction at the corner of the roll starting edge.
Cut 3m x 3m sample.
Fold MD over in thirds, and then CD in thirds, removing wrinkles and creases.
A folded sample will be 1m x 1m.
Stack samples onto smooth pallet, making sure samples do not overhang pallet edges.
Place cover panel on top.

Use hoist or similar weight to evenly compress the stack.
