<p>QA Sheet. You will find a QA sheet at the machine, if there is no QA sheet there, see the team leader or production. A QA sheet will need to be completed at the start, throughout and, at the end of the day.</p>

<p>Tools required: Paint scraper and Mallet.</p>

<p>Turn the seamer power switch to On.</p>

Hold in the green Reset/Start button until it makes a noise.

Press the Seamer foot pedal multiple times to 'warm up' the machine.

<p>Carefully slide the first sheet through, stopping at the lip. Make sure not to let the sheet hit the rubber feet as it will dent and/or scratch the sheet.</p>

<p>Hook the next sheet to the first sheet, make sure they are in line with each other.</p>

Hold the green Reset/Start button until it makes a noise, then hold the bottom of the 2nd sheet to ensure that it doesnt move, then press the foot pedal to seam the sheets together. Repeat this step until the last sheet.

Note: There is a Light safety curtain at the seamer. If you break the beam the machine will stop. When the machine stops you need to press the green Reset Button.

<p>On the last sheet, attach the bottom rail, make sure the bottom rail and the sheet are hooked together and make sure they are in line with each other, if they aren't in line then use the mallet. Softly tap the bottom rail to align with the sheet, if the fins on the sheet havent been opened then use the paint scraper to open them.</p>

When seaming the bottom rail, you can either use the foot petal or you can press the black Auto Cycle button.

After the bottom rail has been seamed, lift carefully and push the door through.
