How to get a list of stock on hand, for your warehouse, that is 12 months or older.

Dashboard Page

From the home page of Unleashed, on the left hand side panel, click on 'Business Intelligence' and then 'Inventory'.

This should bring up the 'Inventory - Vision' page.

Step 2 of 5

Once on the page, scroll down and locate the tile named Stock Age Ranked by Sock on Hand Value. Click on the bar called Age >= 12 Months

This should refine the results you see to 12 months and older.

Once refined by age, locate the tile 'Warehouse Ranked by Stock on Hand Value' and click on the warehouse that you are interested in.

This should refine the results you see, to the warehouse that you are interested in.

Export to CSV

Scroll down till you see the tile named 'Product Ranked by Stock on Hand Value'.

Click on the download button in the top right of the box and click 'Export to CSV (all)'.

This will give you an Excel spreadsheet of the stock, that you have on hand, at your desired branch, that is older than 12 months.
