
Gather current drawings and parts
Readprocedure from start to finish before continuing
Check that you have all the parts you need before starting the build, let leading hand know if you are unable to find a part

Check that stainless steel rolled flatbar is the same radius as baffels before tacking them in place Once happy tack stainless steel rolled flatbar in position on the inside of the cyclone front outside plate #2501032

Tack baffels onto rolled flatbar making sure that the baffels are flush with the top edge of the cyclone panel
Tack back outside plate #2501033 to baffels making sure top edge is flush with with baffel plate
Tack in side flat bars making sure they are on the correct sides of the cyclone left and right side panels ( need to be on the inside of cyclone )
Tack sides onto the box making sure the box is square as you go
Once square tack your top plate on to keep the box square (Check drawing for correct orientation)
Heavy tack beffels and all stiffners in place (No need for big welds)
Tack on your bottom plate after all internal welds are done
Prep outside corner to corners and weld up
DO NOT PUT OUTSIDE STIFFNER PLATES ON UNTILL AFTER IT IS JOINED TO TOP BOX
