  • Stage Frames with Stage Panels (Double Stacked where Possible)

  • Forklift

  • Panel Lifting Jib

PPE

  • Steel Cap Boots

  • Hi-Vis Vest

Pick Up Jib

Pick up jib and connect chain.

Roll In Frame

Roll frame with panels on top in between forklift and panel stillage

Insert Pins

Insert pins into the bottom stage panel

Lift Panels

Lift the panels off the frame and roll the frame away.

Lower Panels

Co-ordinate with the forklift driver to lower the panels onto the stack.

Important: Keep hands on side or above panels to avoid pinching

Remove Pins

Repeat

Repeat until all panels have been removed from frames.

Drop Off Jib

Leave the jib on top of the stack of stage panels.
