When you get an alert or there is low milk flow in a line often there is some foreign material stuck in the flow meter

It will look like this on the App.

First you need to open the App and put the unit into manual so it shuts down.

Then open the cabinet like this.

Pull the pins out holding the cap and flow meter in place.

Remove the hose cover clip.

Remove the hose.

Pull the cap off the flow meter and check for foreign material causing a blockage.

Use a cable tie to push the material through the flow meter.

Then flush it with clean water.

Check it is clean and clear of all material.

Sit the flow meter back in position.

Replace the hose.

Put the cap back in place.

Now replace the holding pins. They need to line up right through so they go all the way in.

They should look like this when in properly.

Now put the hose clip back in place. They need to base should sit on the clip itself like this.

Put it in place by squeezing the sides of the clip and slipping them into the body.

Shut the cabinet and then turn the unit back onto auto on the App.
