 After the 1304 mixer reaches a vacuum state, the flour is transferred to the mixer from Stage 3 – First Flour Addition.

 After the first flour collection stage in the mixer is completed, the operator goes to the water controller and presses "yes" on the display to start collecting the noodle water.

Note : Please refer to Part 1 – Add Water for instructions on handling the noodle water solution.

When the noodle water transfer is completed, press the confirm button on the display of the 1304 mixer to start the First mixing stage.

 In the first mixing stage, the flour (excluding the two yellow buckets mentioned in part 1), along with the ingredients and noodle water, is mixed in the 1304 mixer.

 During the first mixing stage, the operator pours the flour from the two yellow buckets prepared into the hopper to prepare for the second mixing stage.

Note: Use only the yellow flour bucket and yellow scoop when preparing the 2nd Flour Addition.

After the first mixing stage is completed, the second flour collection stage starts automatically.

 After the second flour collection stage is completed, the second mixing stage starts automatically.

When the second mixing stage is completed, the vacuum in the mixer is released and a confirm button appears on the display.
