Assemble ladder frame as per layout.

• Left side of each ladder is pre made, Items highlighted will need assembled using hardware supplied 

Position unit on site,

• Adjust feet to ensure unit is level and plumb 

Insert cabinets into ladder frame:

• Screw cabinets together (Cabinet ends have 2x full depth 5mm holes behind hinges and 2x 5mm deep 5mm holes at rear)

• Center ladder frames with cabinets

• Check ladders are plumb

• Cabinets are level

• Site specific, Bolt to floor if required (Foot plate has provision for this)

• Screw rear of cabinet to center poles (Using pre drilled holes in cabinets)

Fit top shelf, using clips and screws supplied, ensure over hangs at each end are equal out either end

• When done correctly this will prevent the unit from twisting - also keeping legs plumb and aligned  

Install shelving as per layout

• Keep overhangs in line with cabinets and shelving out each end.

• Fix in place using clips and screws supplied 

Insert pots - if required for layout 

Final checks,

• Unit level - Plumb

• Shelf / Top / Cabinets aligned with each other - And fixed in place

• Doors have even tolerance (Adjust these if needed)

• Bolted to floor - (Only as required - site specific)

• Layout matches plans issued
