Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Gloves and Safety Glasses. If you don’t already have a pair of gloves or safety glasses, please see the store person.

QA Sheet. You will find a QA sheet at the machine, if there is no QA sheet there, see the team leader or production. A QA sheet will need to be completed at the start, throughout and, at the end of the day.

Tools requied. Measuring tape, Paint scraper, ruler and Hole [Drill] template.

Turn the power switch to the right to turn the roller door sheet machine ON.

Turn the hole punch power switch to ON.

Press the green button to turn hole punch ON.

Press the SINGLE MODE button.

Press the RESET QTY button to reset quantity counter.

Add in your measurements (top left of the screen) and the quantity of sheets you'll need (bottom left of the screen).

Press the blue NEXT button to run the first sheet out. The using the tape measure, measure the sheet to make sure it is the correct length.

Using the paint scraper, open the fins on all four corners, make sure to open the fins on every sheet to help them hook together.

On the first sheet, peel all the plastic off. [only do this on the first sheet (Top sheet)]. Move sheet to seamer.

Peel the plastic off the edges on the 2nd and 3rd sheet (4th as well if its a 4 sheeter door) on both ends. move sheets to seamer.

using the Hole Punch, punch the four holes into 3rd(or 4th) sheet.

Using the hole punch template, make sure it lines up correctly. Move final sheet to seamer.
