Milton Residences Check-in Instructions (Live)

Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay with us! You will be staying at 55 Railway Terrace, Milton. Check-in is 3PM – 10PM *Early check-in / late check-out is possible when enquired in advance; payment applies.

The building entrance is next to BWS.

As you walk in, please walk past the reception desk towards the lifts.

There is a doorway to the left of the lifts that leads to the mail room.

You will be collecting keys @ the mailbox onsite.

Step 5 of 12

Further details such as your unit number and access codes, will be sent on your check-in day, once the room is ready to go.

Parking entrance is next to Australia Post. Drive up and use your fob/access card to tap at the smaller sensor for access.

Step 7 of 12

Complex facilities (6AM – 10PM): gym, pool, sauna, spa on Level 6. • Keys required for access.

Rubbish chute is located on the left of the lifts each floor.

Our usual check-out time is 10AM. No chores list. :)

Please: turn off all aircon and lights before you leave; make sure to move your vehicle out first; then return all keys back inside the mailbox.
