Hammer down center mounts and bolt on all chassis mounts

Mounts at this stage should be slightly loose allowing the chassis when mounted adjustment to ensure alignment to vehicle is correct.

Place Tray on chassis mounts ensuring alignment is correct to vehicle there should be 30mm clearance between the cab and tray

Fix Chassis mount stiffeners where required

Bolt Tray to Chassis

Secure front mount stiffener in place.

Fasten all Chassis bolts and Torque bolts to 100NM

Mark bolts after Torqueing.
