Hammer down center mounts and bolt on all chassis mounts

Mounts at this stage should be slightly loose allowing chassis position when mounted to be adjusted.

Place Tray on chassis mounts ensuring alignment is correct to vehicle there should be 30-40 mm clearance between the cab and tray

Fix Chassis mount washers where required

(Note)

Double cab front mounts require front washers

Extra cab front mounts do not require front washers

Bolt Tray to Chassis

Secure front mount stiffener to front mounts using 4 x M8x2 with washers on each side

Secure rear mount stiffeners to rear mounts and chassis using 2 x M12x35 with flat washers

Do this for both rear stiffeners

Fasten all Chassis bolts and Torque bolts to 100NM

Mark bolts after Torqueing.

Tighten front and rear stiffeners
