Undermount Water Tank Assembly & Installation

How to assemble and install an undermount water tank

Grab all the fitting you need. These will be in the under mount water tank BOM. Wrap thread tape around each thread.

Take you water tank strap and apply the strap rubber like so.

Fasten the male tee fitting into the water tank. Place the strap over the the water tank like so. Fasten the ball valve. Make sure it is tight with the blue handle facing up.

Step 4 of 8

Fasten the plug fitting on the other side of the male tee fitting. Ensure that it is tight. Next, secure the reducer bush to the ball valve and the tap to the reducer bush. Ensure everything is fastened tight.

Step 5 of 8

Apply loctite to x4 M5x10 stainless buttons heads & x1 M6x16 stainless button head. Place the face plate on and secure.

Step 6 of 8

You will need x4 M8x20 stainless hex bolts with spring & flat washers with loctite applied. take the mounts and place the side with the longer slots to the water tank. Secure using hex bolts yet leave loose. Fasten your breather to the bottom of the tank.

Step 7 of 8

Test your water tank to ensure that it doesn't leak. Place the water tank underneath the chassis and sure to tray using x8 zinc M8x25 hex bolts with a nyloc and flat washer on each side.

Step 8 of 8

Once your water tank is in the correct position, fasten all bolts. Your water tank assembly & installation is now complete.
