Step 1 of 3

  1. Use remote desktop to access 192.168.16.12

  2. Use the "CoolOrange" password

  3. The "powerjobs" Job processor should be running

  1. If it's closed, just restart it from the desktop icon

  2. The cool orange powerjobs software auto starts the Autodesk vault job processor

  1. If you still have issues, or if the server is glitched you will need to restart the job processor

  2. It takes about 5 min to restart (just takes a while) but all the software is set to auto open and it should start hitting the queue again
