4. Complete the following fields

  • Who would you like to set up a 1:1 with?
  • Meeting Title.
  • Date.
  • Time.
Frequency:
  • Does not repeat.
  • Weekly.
  • Fortnightly.
  • Monthly.
  • Quarterly.
  • Half-yearly.
  • Yearly.
  • Show employees OKRs in 1:1.

5.  In the Meeting Agenda section, you can either:
  • Use a pre-built template:
    1. Click the Use a Template button.
      2. Select your pre-built template.
      3. Click the Append button.
Add specific talking points.
  • Click the Add New Talking Point button.
  • Enter your question.
6. Click the Send Email Invite button.

<p>Once the 1:1 is set up the employee can go into the session and add in comments before the meeting.</p><ol><li><span>Click the&nbsp;&nbsp;Development&nbsp;menu.</span></li><li><div>Under Coaching, click the&nbsp;1:1s&nbsp;submenu.</div></li><li><div>Click the 1:1 that needs a comment.</div></li></ol>
