The tabs shown from the arrows will need to be removed.
Cut at the blue line.
Sand the tab down with the sander you have.
Pull the tab off the fuel filler. Ensure this is done carefully to prevent a hole being made in the fuel filler.
Cut the fuel filler as shown in step 5.
Clean the cut edges.
Fit the 45-degree hose (RS108483) to the fuel tank as shown. Use a hose clamp to tighten it to the tank.
Blue Arrow - Cut the 45-degree hose (RS108483) as shown.
Red Arrow - Fit the steel hose to the fuel filler hose to both 45-degree hoses (RS108483. Use hose clamps to tighten (FS103076).
Fit the fuel filler to the hose. Use a hose clamp (FS103076) to tighten.
Fit the fuel filler to the fuel filler bracket (CK107799). Ensure to tighten.
Fit the Fuel filler bracket to the spot shown using huckbolts.
Fit the Ad blue bracket (CP107954) to the spot shown. Use M6 bolt - nut
Brackets attached to the box.
For the fuel breather, place the hose on the breather and use a hose clamp (FS103077) to tighten.
Fit the fuel filler breather to the breather using a hose clamp (FS103077).
Fit the Ad blue to the bracket as shown.
Red Arrow - run the ad blue breather from the ad blue filler to the tank. Use the factory hose clamps.
Blue Arrow - run the ad blue filler to the tank. Use factory hose clamps
Hang the tank breather to the box as shown, using a zip tie.
