CANOPY, ROOFTRAY INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

Apply Dab-off to the 4 holes on the canopy roof.

Place the roof tray on the roof on the canopy lining it up with the holes on the canopy.

Use M8x30 hex heads with M8 penny washer together.

Apply Dab-off around the penny washer and M8 hex head bolt.

Place the M8 hex head bolts in the 4 surrounding holes lined up with the roof tray.

The end roof tray will line up with the holes on the canopy's roof.

Place an M8 penny washer 21x3 on the inside of the canopy on the m8 bolt then place an m8 nyloc nut after.

Tighten each corner to spec.

Apply Dab-off sealant around the 4 corner holes on the canopy roof.

Place the roof tray spacer on top and line up with the holes.

Place the 4-cylinder spacers in each of the 4 holes of the roof tray spacers.

Lift the roof tray onto the roof tray spacers and line up to the holes.

Use M8x50 hex head bolts with m8 penny washers M8x32. Place these in each of 4 corners of the canopy.

Place an M8 penny washer 21x3 on the inside of the canopy on the m8 bolt then place an m8 nyloc nut after.

Tighten to spec.

Use the 4 bung plugs and hit them into the end of the roof tray spacers. make sure to tap lightly to prevent putting a hole into them.
