How to use the manual system on the hoist
This process can be used when the hoist is fully opened onto the ground, and you wish to raise the platform to van floor level or stow it away. Or when the hoist is stowed away or at van floor level, and you wish to lower the platform to the ground.

Note: When pumping using the lever: At the start there will be no pressure felt on the manual lever for the first 30 seconds, then it will start to build.

Screw in the manual lever fully.

Using the lever, start pumping up and down.

Once you feel a little pressure on the lever, you will notice the platform raising and the roll stop going up.

Turn the release (red knob only) to the left to unfold / open up.

You can stop the hoist at any position by closing the release (turn to the right).

Once hoist is opened to van floor or ground level, ensure the release is turned to the close position (turn to the right).
