Fit the first shelf at the 5th hole down. Leave the bolts loose for now.
Fixings:
M6 x 16 hex-head bolt
M6 Nyloc nut
Fit the 2nd and 3rd shelves below the first, spacing them evenly. Use the same fixings and leave them loose for now.
Fit the shelf to the divider, making sure it sits level with the other side.
Fixings:
M6 x 16 hex-head bolt
M6 Nyloc nut
Ensure it is tightened.
Drill pilot holes along the bottom for the tek screws.
Fit 2 tek screws at the back.
Fit the front.
Fixings:
M6 x 30 hex-head bolt
M6 Nyloc nut
Drill out the hole with a 6.5mm drill bit.
Do the same with the next 3 holes.
Apply a dab of [sealant name] to each Huck bolt to stop leaks.
Secure the huckbolts to the divider.
