Spire Check-in Instructions - Clark Lane Entry (Live)

Welcome and thank you for booking with us! You will be staying at 550 Queen St, Brisbane City. Check-in is any time after 3PM *Early check-in / late check-out is possible when enquired in advance; payment applies.

You will be collecting the keys from 457 Ann St, Brisbane City; across the road from "New Yorker".

The code to access will be sent to you at the check-in time; it will only be activated at your check-in time, it will not unlock the box anytime before.

Parking entrance is via Clark Lane.

Your parking entrance is via the first driveway on the left. Use the remote to open the garage doors.

In the lifts, please tap your fob on sensor before pressing your level in lifts. Always have your keys for access the building.

Rubbish chute is located opposite Apt. 09 on each level; Recycling bins are on Level A.

Our usual check-out time is 10AM. Please: turn off all air con and lights before you leave.

Move your car out first, and then return the keys to the key box. Close the box properly afterwards.
