Take the reverse camera and fasten it to the mount using the factory screws. 

Bolt the reverse camera mount to the tray using x2 M5x16 button heads and nylocs.

Bend the mount down to face the tow ball. 

Plug the camera back in. 

Cable tie the camera wiring up to the tray away from any hot or moving parts.
