Unscrew both filter socks and hang on holder.

Remove the old socks and put in bin.

Rinse everything with hot water like this.

New filter socks are on the wall beside you.

Put new socks on and be CAREFUL you don’t rip them. This is VERY important.

Now put the filter socks into the chambers and screw tight. Again DONT rip them.

Hook the vat up like this.

Check the chiller is on. It is off here as there is no temperature showing.

Turn on by holding this button in until the temperature shows.

Take cups off the jetters like this all the way around the shed.

Wet all the shed and surrounds down with water.

Try NOT to get water in the feed bins.

Push milk on the control panel to start the shed up.

Go to cups on and start the platform. Use the cord nearest the platform ( BLUE ). Pull to start and stop. The back cord is an emergency stop.

The retention bars will start to rise up. Wait until all the bars coming towards you are up.

Turn on number 2 grain.

Open entry gates to let cows in and start milking.

Push the black button once and pull the retention cord fully out. Cup up the cow and make sure the cluster is even.

If the cows bump this bar the platform will stop. To restart the platform you have to double pull th e start cord.

Easy dairy will alert you to problem cows like 3 titters. It will verbally tell you the bale and which tit not to cup up. You can check on the screen if you aren’t sure which bale/ tot etc.

After a round you need to turn the platform wash tap on like this.

And stop the platform and go out and check around the vat and filter socks that milk isn’t running everywhere.
