During production press "Prepare CIP" button

System will add caustic and heat up.

After production is finished, set up key station for CIP and open all valves.

Separate filler and blowmoulder

Set filler to Basic.

Run "Swing in the CIP cups" program on filler.

When "Program End" is displayed, stop the filler and set to "Basic"

Set filler to "External Control"

Set mixer to Basic

Connect B8 syrup line to B8 CIP return.

Open manual valve

Prepare syrup line for CIP

Very important that no loose bottles are left in the transfer area.

They can retain caustic after CIP and damage the next production.

Press "Start CIP"

System will prompt when to take a caustic sample.

Step 1. Heat up while recirculating (Approx 60 minutes)

Step 2. Recirculate (Approx 20 minutes)

Step 3. Water rinse (Approx 20 minutes)

Step 4. Empty filler (Approx 10 minutes)

When CIP is done turn off External control on filler and mixer.

Run "Swing out the CIP cups" program on the filler

When program is done put filler in Basic.

Set up key station and remove CIP links in syrup room.
