Measure the length of the die. This will indicate the size required for the construction of the Coffin box.

Obtain pre cut pieces of timber and cut to size or join on the Circular Bench Saw. Your MUST wear faceshield & hearing protection. Ensure protective guard is lowered with minimum blade exposure. Only trained persons are permitted to use the Circular Bench Saw.

Place timber board into the holding frames. This will line up the coffin box into position.

Using the nail gun, push nails into the timber. Place the nail midway & at either ends of the timber. Keep hands clear when operating the nail gun.

Line up the timber all the way round & using the nail gun secure the Coffin box.

Place legs under the bottom of the box. & secure the legs using the nail gun.

Secure the legs using the nail gun.

Place the bottom of the box with the legs onto the main coffin box..

Using the nail gun, secure the bottom.

Turn the coffin box & remove supports.

Remove nails protruding out of the Coffin box using “pullers”.

Check underside for protruding nails. The box is now ready for use.
