The easiest method to learn is called around the circle cupping.

Typically you’ll pick the cluster up with your left hand ( right handed cupping ) and flip it over like this. Grab the front right cup to start with your right hand.

If you are right handed you cup the front right first. Followed by front left, back left and finally back right.
