How to fill 1000Lt calf feeder.

<p>Connect 1 end of the LONG grey hose to the calf vat make sure valve is shut.</p>

<p>Connect other end of the LONG grey hose to the pump.</p>

Open intake valve on pump

Close the Drain valve and make sure the cam lock on the white hose is connected.

<p>Connect SHORT grey hose to the top 2inch outlet</p>

<p>Place other end of the SHORT grey hose in through the lid.</p>

Make sure pump element drain is in and closed

<p>Slightly open the blue valve with nothing connected on and make sure the other is shut.</p>

<p>Wait for milk to flow out of the small blue valve then close the valve.</p>

Start the pump Turn fuel on (bottom black tab) Switch choke on (grey tab above fuel valve) Switch ignition on

Give the cord a good pull If it does not start pull the cord till it does. After a few seconds of running switch choke off. (If this stalls the engine. Repeat step 11 and 12 till it does not) Let the engine idle for a minute to warm up.

Slowly increase the RPM but moving the throttle leaver slowly towards the front of the trailer.
